The main aim of the project is to research and explore mechanisms of civil society friendly decision-making at micro-regional level, to debate and discuss these mechanisms with experts’ working groups, and to present the outcomes in a booklet for the benefit of civil society and public administration institutions. The main action of the project will be to examine the emergence and prevalence of participative democracy as a European value.
